Terms of Service


We at Return to Freedom strive to make you feel confident in your purchase.  If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase on full priced items.  Discounted items may only be returned if they are delivered to you in damaged condition.  Return of products outside this period may not be accepted from us.


You can return your product for a different product or refund to the original payment method if the item arrives damaged or in poor condition, is an article of clothing in the wrong size, or is not the item you originally ordered.  Returned items should have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the Return to Freedom office by email at shop@returntofreedom.org or by phone at 805-737-9246 and our team will assist you.  The team is available during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

When a refund or exchange has been agreed to it will be processed upon receipt of the original items that were ordered being returned.  Any return postage will not be paid/covered by Return to Freedom.  All refunds will be processed to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Please note that returns and exchanges may take 2-3 business days to process once your items are received by Return to Freedom.  We are a small staff, and will do our best to expedite your return, exchange, and/or refund as quickly as possible.
